WE HAVE three dining rooms that are furnished with antique furniture and will accommodate 26 diners, plus a fourth room for small private gatherings that will accommodate 16 additional diners. When weather permits we have a covered L-shaped deck at the rear of the house overlooking the backyard gardens where we have been able to seat 24 guests for a private buffet style brunch. Again weather permitting, the backyard gardens can also be used for an outdoor function and we have hosted a party for 65 guests. We will consider a request to host a private function that would use the entire four dining areas. Rates for private functions are negotiated based on the number of guests, menu, length of time that the function will last, space and staffing requirements. We have off-street parking on the side of the house as well as street parking.
